Like a flock of seagulls, Winterfall Theatre flies back to the 80’s and coats Shakespeare’s classic As You Like Itwith mascara, fluorescent lipstick and hot new romantic fashions.
The Forest of Arden is relocated to the hottest nightspot of them all - Club Arden. Here outrage rains supreme, as gender-bending lads in stockings and frilly shirts mix with stiletto-heeled vamps, ghouls, and futuristic man machines.
Rosalind listens to Duran Duran; Touchstone loves nail polish; and Jacques sits drinking gin at the bar! It’s the perfect setting for Shakespeare’s great comedy of mistaken identity, clowns, fools, and true love.
