Theatre @ Risk Acting Workshops

During the 9 weeks of this course, students will have the opportunity to develop their craft as actors with intensive guidance from qualified theatre professionals.

The course will specialise in working with text, with scripts sourced from contemporary stage and screen texts. We will explore approaches to performing contemporary writing, with focus on character development, voice, physical theatre and movement, status, impulse and improvisation.

The workshop will culminate in an informal presentation of short scenes rehearsed and developed over the course.
