Melbourne Stomp was an amazing experience. Never before have I felt so uninhibited so quickly, or seen such a rapid development in my artistic techniques and ability. All who wish to become better performers should do this course!
A week filled with play, laughter, challenges and the chance to really look within yourself

This has been one of the experiences that has been pivotal in my life, body, mind and spirit. The training pushed my boundaries and gave me a solid foundation to work from.

ZEN ZEN ZO - The Company:

Zen Zen Zo is a physical theatre ensemble at the forefront of contemporary performance and training in Australia. Founded in 1992, the company has continually produced edgy, innovative theatre experiences, ranging from radical interpretations of the classics to original new works, which have been showcased throughout Australia and Asia.
Zen Zen Zo pursues two artistic goals:
The creation and performance of dynamic and engaging physical theatre experiences which excite, challenge and transform our audiences.
The facilitation of physical theatre training journeys that empower participants and reawaken the life force.
Each year Zen Zen Zo travels nationally and internationally to train actors, performers, directors and teachers from a variety of different backgrounds. The aim is to discover the extraordinary by pushing the boundaries of what we believe is possible, and to develop artistic warriors strong in body, voice, heart and mind.
