Echelon Productions is a theatre production company that aims to provide greater opportunities for independent theatre throughout Australia.
Echelon was formed in 2000 in order to provide greater opportunities for independent theatre throughout Australia.
In that time Echelon has developed, produced and toured several plays and musicals including The Last Five Years (Green Room Award & Helpmann Award nominated) in Melbourne (2003), Sydney (2004) and NSW regional tour (2005 with Railway St Theatre).
Other productions include a co-production with the Black Swan Theatre Company of This Is Our Youth (WA Fringe Award nominated) in Melbourne (2002) and Perth (2003) as well as Nicholas Flanagan’s The Shrinking Ledge (Helpmann Award nominated) in Melbourne (2001) which was subsequently commissioned as a feature film by Nadia Tass & David Parker.
Echelon also operate as Perform! Educational Musicals which specialises in producing educational musicals for primary schools across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and the UK.
