Eagle's Nest Theatre is one of Melbourne's most prolific unfunded theatre companies. It is a not-for-profit cultural organisation dedicated to producing the work of emerging and more established artists.
Eagle's Nest Theatre is dedicated to producing innovative adaptations of classic plays as well as the original work from Australia writers.
In its inaugural year, 2006, Eagle’s Nest Produced 4 full-length plays.

The company’s Artistic Director, James Adler has worked with and founded a range of theatre organisations. Over the last 5 years he has been supported by organisations such as Arts Victoria,
Yarra Trams, The University of Melbourne, the City of Boroondara, the City of Moreland, The City of Hobson’s Bay, The Goethe Institut, Cinema Nova and Victoria Gardens and has worked with La Mama, Theatreworks, Gasworks, Trades Hall, and The Arts Centre.
Eagle's Nest Theatre now has its own studio and rehearsal space. We are more than willing to talk to other companies about use of this space on a hire or barter basis.
