Captivation Musicals was founded in 1999 by Drew Lane with the purpose of writing and producing new musical theatre works. Productions have been staged in Australia, the US and the UK.

in 2007 Captivation Musicals will stage three world premieres and two new productions including Backbeat in March, Marking Life in July, Cafe Latte in October and restagings of Toys throughout the year.

Captivation Musicals encourages new musical writers to get in touch with them.
